Depart to Hawaii. Welcome to Hawaii!
- Meet with the Local Tour Director.
- Lei Greeting.
- Load bags on motorcoach and instruments on Box Truck.
- Check-in at the Hotel.
The guide will recommend nearby local places to eat: Duke’s Restaurant, Cheesecake Factory, International Marketplace, Duke’s Lane, etc. If you’re hungry for more familiar surroundings, there are fast-food restaurants within walking distance.
Day 2
Friday, June 27th, 2025
Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial & USS Missouri Performance
- Load motorcoaches for Arizona Memorial Visitors Center reminder NO BAGS allowed at Pearl Harbor only see-through clear bags.
- Board Navy launch to Arizona Memorial and visit the Shrine Room where you will see the 1,177 engraved names of those men who lost their lives on Dec 7th, 1941.
- Load exclusive motorcoaches going to Ford Island where the USS Missouri Battleship.
- USS Missouri performance on Forward Pier.
- Lunch on the grassy area behind the USS Oklahoma Memorial.
- Take a self-guided tour of the Battleship Missouri BB-63.
- Load motorcoaches for a possible city tour or return back to the hotel.
- Dinner TBA.
Day 3
Saturday, June 28th, 2025
Beach Day / Secret Island
- Southside Tour: Diamond Head Lookout, Halona Blowhole, Makapuu Lookout.
- Enjoy a relaxing beach day at Kualoa Ranch Secret Island Adventure.
- Enjoy water activities: Swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, outrigger canoes, ocean voyages, and much more…
- Box lunch by local favorite restaurant Zippy’s.
- On return make a 20 min stop at Macadamia Nut Farm.
- Dinner on your own.
Day 4
Sunday, June 29th, 2025
North Shore / Polynesian Cultural Center
- Board motorcoaches for the North Shore Tour with stops at:
- Pali Lookout
- Dole Plantation (Dole Whip)
- Haleiwa Town 1hr shopping (optional)
- Arrive at PCC and enjoy the adventure.
- Explore the 6 island cultures of Polynesia: Samoa, Aotearoa (New Zealand), Kingdom of Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti, and Hawaii.
- Ali’i Luau and “HA” Breath of Life evening show.
- Board motorcoaches heading back to Waikiki.

Optional Experiences
1. Diamond Head Crater Shuttle & Self-Guided Hike
- $40 per person (includes transportation from Waikiki hotels).
- Shuttle departure times from Waikiki: 6:10 am, 7:10 am, 8:10 am; return times: 9:10 am, 10:10 am, 11:10 am.
- Please bring comfortable walking shoes. A complimentary bottle of water and a Diamond Head Crater map are included.
- Duration: 3 Hours – Experience at your own pace!
2. Xtreme Parasailing Adventure
- $92 per person (includes a life jacket for safety).
- Start Times: Hourly from 8 am to 5 pm. Return expected 1 hour after departure.
- Flights are tandem or triple (no single flights).
- Available for ages 3 and up.
- Duration: 1 Hour (excluding flight time).
3. Sea Life Park Adventures – 2 options to choose from:
Option 1: Dolphin Encounter Program
- $190 per person (includes program, park admission, safety vest, and photo with a dolphin).
- Daily sessions at 9:45 am, 11:00 am, and 2:00 pm; required to arrive 1 hour early.
- Available for ages 4 and up.
- Physical condition is important; not suitable for pregnant women.
- No jewelry/accessories. Bring a towel/swimwear. Use biodegradable sunscreen.
- Duration: 45 Minutes, including 30 minutes in the water.
Option 2: Sea Life Park Admission
- $45 per person (Ages 4+); free for ages 1-3 (includes transportation).
- Daily sessions at 10 am
- Enjoy an all-access pass to Sea Life Park, featuring shows and exhibits at no extra cost.
- Bring sunscreen and be ready for a fun-filled day. Touch pools are part of the experience.
- Duration: Spend the day at your leisure; flexible return times.
4. Waikiki Atlantis Submarine
- $148 per person.
- Start Times: Hourly from 9 am to 2 pm. Check-in is required 30 minutes before submarine tour time.
- All ages are welcome. Riders must be 36 inches or taller.
- Must be able to climb a near-vertical ladder to participate.
- Meet at Atlantis beachfront pavilion in front of the Ali’i Tower, Hilton Hawaiian Village, 2005 Kalia Rd., Honolulu. The boat departs from the pier nearby.
- Duration: 1.5 hours. The submarine tour is 45-50 minutes within this period.
5. Star of Honolulu Dinner Cruise
- $150 per person.
- Start Times: 5:30 pm daily.
- All ages are welcome.
- Sunset dinner & show cruise.
- Duration 2 Hours.
6. Kualoa Ranch Activities – 4 options to choose from:
Option 1: Horseback Ride Jurassic Valley
- $150 per person (includes helmet and safety briefing).
- Available daily, with the earliest start at 8 am and the latest at 2:30 pm.
- Available for ages 10 and up. Height minimum: 4’6” (1.4m). Weight maximum: 230 pounds (104kg).
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Not recommended for guests with back problems or expectant mothers.
- Bring bug spray, wear long pants, and apply sunscreen.
- Duration: 2 Hours, including time for training and safety briefing.
Option 2: Jurassic Valley UTV Ride
- $150 per person.
- Available daily, times vary.
- Available for ages 5 and up.
- Must bring sun protection (sunglasses, hat, reef-safe sunscreen).
- 21+ to drive with a valid driver’s license; 5+ to be a passenger. Photo ID is required at check-in.
- Duration: 2 Hours.
Option 3: Hollywood Movie Sites Bus Tour
- $55 per person.
- Available daily, times vary.
- Includes a knowledgeable guide and visits to iconic movie sets.
- Duration 1.5 Hours – Multiple times available!
Option 4: Jungle Expedition
- $55 per person (includes knowledgeable guide).
- Available daily, times vary.
- Available for ages 3 and up. Not advised for guests with back problems or expectant mothers.
- Photo ID is required at check-in.
- Explore “Jurassic Valley” in open-air vehicles, small groups of 16 or fewer.
- Duration: 1.5 Hours.

Cancellation Fee & Tour Insurance
Cancellation Fee Schedule (with no insurance)
Any bookings made online and guest requests to cancel by August 15th will receive a refund minus a $25 handling fee, but cancellation requests must be emailed before or by August 15, 2024. Email cancellations to [email protected].
For any cancellations made after August 15, 2024, the following fees will apply.
- Aug 16 – Dec 1, 2024: $500.00 total cancellation fee
- After Dec 1, 2024: $700.00 total cancellation fee
- After Feb 1, 2025: $800.00 total cancellation fee
- After Mar 1, 2025: $900.00 total cancellation fee
- After Apr 1, 2025: $1,000.00 total cancellation fee
After May 1, 2025. Total cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the trip. Tickets are normally issued 45 days prior to departure. In most cases the tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Air taxes are not confirmed until 45 days prior to departure. Travel insurance is optional if you wish to cover these possible fees.

- Round-trip airline flight to Honolulu
- 5 Nights Hotel in Waikiki
- All ground transfers
- Tours, activities, and performance

Option #1. Full Travel Credit Insurance: Cost per person $150.00
This is not a cash refund. It is a full credit, which means guests will have up to a year of the original travel date to apply the full amount of what they paid to a new travel date. There may be a 10% to 15% price increase for the same travel itinerary due to air and hotel price changes.
Option #2. Full Cash Refund Insurance: Cost per person $275.00
Full cash refund credit back to the credit card used to submit payment or check sent to the guest. The choice is up to the guests. Please note that a full refund could take up to 2 months as Pearl Harbor Tours will have to wait for a refund from the airlines, hotel, and vendors and once the refund is received it will be refunded back to the guest.
For both Option #1 and #2, a refund is only good up to 2 weeks after the travel date. Refunds received by email at [email protected] before or 2 weeks before the travel date the refund will be applied, but any request for a refund within 2 weeks of the travel date no longer applies.
Guidelines
A government-issued ID is required to enter Pearl Harbor.
While there is no official dress code to visit the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites, we ask visitors to dress appropriately and respectfully. Swimsuits are not acceptable. High heels, skirts, and dresses are also not recommended. Flip-flops and sandals are permitted; however, we encourage you to wear closed-toe shoes as there is a lot of walking when visiting the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites.
For security reasons, no bags are allowed. Additionally, no iPad cases or clutch wallets are permitted. A wallet must be no larger than a regular-sized cell phone.
The bag storage facility can store your belongings for a fee of $6.00 per bag or $7.50 per bag for more oversized luggage.
*Note: Due to unforeseeable circumstances, the Navy may need to suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time, or they may impose a capacity restriction on the boat. As a result, you may be placed in a standby line. Unfortunately, in these cases, there will be no refunds. You are still free to enjoy the Visitor’s Center, exhibits, and park monuments. Please accept our apologies in advance.
