Pearl Harbor Tours prioritizes sustainability. As a local business, we take steps to support positive environmental actions throughout our operations and across the state. We honor the native ancestors of this land and continue to respect the Hawaiian people, places, culture, and environment. This includes our duty to protect the ʻāina, upon which we all live. Environmental Management
We have thoughtfully designed our tour operations to maximize efficiency. By avoiding frequently trafficked routes and times, maximizing ridesharing and guests per vehicle, and centralizing our vehicle locations, our environmental impact is significantly reduced.
Staff Management
Our guides are compassionate and capable. They receive extensive training to ensure all needs are met when it comes to the safety and comfort of our guests and fellow staff. As members of the community, they have extensive knowledge of the islands’ land and cultural heritage. Their investment in hosting a positive experience for our guests shows through in their accommodating customer experience.

Interpretation Management
Sustainability is an integral part of the islands’ Polynesian culture – a value shared by our organization, too. In addition to our geographic location, several staff members have genealogy rooted in Polynesia, making sustainability practices an innate aspect of our personal and professional way of life.
