Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping is included in the tour ticket price. We will digitally provide all your tickets and reference materials so nothing needs to be mailed.
If you choose to have receipts, paper tickets, and other items shipped to you, please contact our customer service team about that request. Preparing shipments takes 1-2 days and we use USPS First Class Mail which from Hawaii can take 2-4 days at a minimum.
If you are gifting this purchase to another person, please let us know and we can set up a gift Badge for their use.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us prior to returning any item you may have received from us. We do accept returns on limited items. Personalized items (t-shirts, hats) prepared for your group trip are not returnable and will not be accepted.
